- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts, conduct narcotic counts, and ensure compliance
- Support resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
