Qualifications & Skills

  • Current, unencumbered LPN license within the state
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and assist in care delivery
  • Assess resident needs and develop care plans
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and infection control policies
