Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered LPN license
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records

Wages & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate ($30.75 - $34.75)
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly
