What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor position at Health Marketing?

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC-T) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.

  • Provide comprehensive treatment services, including assessments, individual and group interventions, and recovery support for adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote community integration and connect clients with resources.
  • Complete documentation, treatment plans, and care coordination efforts.

Requirements include active Minnesota licensure or near completion, with salary depending on licensure level. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a supportive, inclusive work environment. Work hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm, based in Willmar, MN.
