Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), hold a valid RN license, and have at least 6 months of RN experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross is required, with certification valid through sixty days of hire. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
