- supervise and coordinate nursing assistants
- deliver personalized nursing care based on individual care plans
- assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- administer medications and treatments
- explain procedures to residents to ensure cooperation
- monitor vital signs and observe patient progress
- maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- support residents’ emotional well-being and prepare them for ongoing care
- perform other duties to ensure exceptional resident care
- Qualifications:** Active, unencumbered LPN licensure in Maryland, excellent communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently or with a team.
