- Monitoring vital signs, wound care, and catheter management
- Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to policies and regulations
- Assisting with resident comfort and providing personalized care
- Supporting staff coaching and mentorship
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment
