- Assist in determining student eligibility for services through assessments and ARD participation.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and colleagues to implement communication goals and provide professional development.
- Manage therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Supervise speech-language pathology assistants or aides, if applicable.
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology with valid licensure or TEA certification.
- Experience in assessment, habilitation, and rehabilitation of speech and language disorders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to instruct, manage behavior, and collaborate effectively.
