Bilingual Speech Services is a therapist-owned company that partners with Texas school districts to provide high-quality speech-language services. We specialize in school-based services, bilingual evaluations, and culturally and linguistically appropriate support for students.
We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in the West Fort Worth area for the 2026–2027 school year.
The SLPA will provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This role includes implementing IEPs, documenting student progress, collaborating with school teams, and helping students build communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
This position is ideal for an SLPA who is dependable, collaborative, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document therapy sessions, student progress, and service logs
- Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
- Participate in team meetings as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Support students in individual and small-group therapy settings
Requirements
- Active Texas SLPA license
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school teams
- Reliable, professional, and student-focused
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

W-2: $45–48/hour with benefits
Actual pay may depend on experience and position structure.
