- Provide expert, patient-centered care to adults with stroke and neurological conditions
- Perform focused neuro assessments and monitor for status changes
- Administer IV medications and respond rapidly to stroke alerts using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on stroke recovery and prevention
- Ensure safe transitions of care
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience or knowledge in neurological or stroke care preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid response skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education
