RN Clinical Supervisor - $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Location: Walnut Creek, CA (On-site)
Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been providing high-quality home health services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and East Bay for nearly 20 years. We're seeking a self-driven, compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Walnut Creek.

• Supervise and support Clinical Coordinators to ensure optimal patient care

• Oversee individualized patient care plans and ensure timely updates

• Address staff and patient inquiries, offering clinical guidance

• Triage patient calls and prioritize clinical concerns

• Implement and enforce home health clinical policies and procedures

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with regulations

• Active California RN License (Required)

• Home Health experience (Required)

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience (Preferred)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer proficiency (Apple products & EMR systems)

• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes with professionalism

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required; BSN Preferred)

• One on-site location in Walnut Creek, CA

• No remote work
