Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Aesthetics Clinician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN), or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of two years of experience in medical aesthetics. Proficiency in administering neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and operating laser and light-based devices is essential. A strong interest in biostimulation techniques aimed at enhancing collagen and elastin production is highly desired. The candidate should be committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements and eager to contribute to a practice that emphasizes natural rejuvenation over excessive volumization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Consultation and Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic goals and medical histories.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with our philosophy of natural enhancement.
- Aesthetic Procedures:
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with precision and care.
- Operate laser and light-based devices for various skin treatments, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Implement biostimulation techniques to promote collagen and elastin production, staying informed about the latest advancements in this area.
- Patient Education and Follow-Up:
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
- Maintain open communication channels for patient inquiries and follow-up appointments.
- Professional Development:

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted licensure as an NP, RN, or PA in CA
- Minimum of two years of experience in medical aesthetics, with proficiency in injectables and laser treatments.
- Demonstrated expertise in biostimulation methods and a commitment to natural-looking results.
