Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, establish realistic goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment strategies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Must possess a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold an active state license or be in the application process, and have at least one year of experience. CPR certification is required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Additional Duties: Develop care plans, deliver interventions, evaluate patient needs, and modify treatments as necessary. Maintain comprehensive documentation and collaborate with healthcare team members.
