Travel Nurse RN - Critical Care

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care in Ashland, WI, just outside Green Bay. This position offers a competitive weekly pay of $2,506 and provides an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized care in a dynamic environment.

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Utilize excellent critical thinking and communication skills to respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
