- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and directing family-centered nursing care for individuals or groups within their scope of practice.
- Delivering holistic care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs across all ages and developmental stages.
- Performing leadership, professional duties, and patient-centered care activities.
- Participating in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and staff education, including mentoring new employees.
- Engaging in evidence-based practice, supporting provider collaboration, and ensuring efficient, high-quality pediatric care using a team approach.
- Applying systems-based practice, informatics, and technology skills.
- Supporting flexible assignments across departments as needed and performing other duties as required.
- BSN required or obtained within 5 years.
- Licensed to practice in Ohio and current BLS certification.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; EMR experience preferred.
- Experience working across organizational levels and managing prioritized tasks.
