- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct family-centered care for individuals or groups within their scope of practice.
- Deliver physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety care tailored to patients of all ages and developmental stages.
- Exhibit leadership, perform patient-centered, quality improvement, and safety duties.
- Participate in staff education, precept new employees, and mentor clinical staff.
- Apply evidence-based practices and support collaborative team efforts to ensure efficient operations and high-quality, compassionate care.
- Engage in systems-based practice, informatics, and technology duties, with potential temporary assignments across various units.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership, guidance, and motivation skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to various organizational levels.
- Experience with healthcare settings, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records (preferred).
- Education: BSN or obtain within 5 years; current Ohio RN licensure; BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
