Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit, responsible for patient assessment, care coordination, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Key Duties

• Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and providers.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans ensuring safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families based on their specific learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
  
  

Additional Information: Compensation varies based on experience.
