Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred. Must hold an unrestricted RN license in Illinois, with CPR and ACLS certifications. Minimum of three years nursing experience, including two in leadership roles, preferably in critical care. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential.
