Responsibilities Include

  • Providing personalized in-home nursing care to patients
  • Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
  • Educating patients and families on health management and medication adherence
  • Documenting care activities accurately and timely

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid RN license in Delaware
