What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Manager position at Northwest Registered Agent?
Northwest Registered Agent, a leader in the registered agent and corporate filings industry, is growing and we’re hiring a hands-on people leader to manage our Corporate Filings team. This role is for someone who enjoys leading people, not just managing work.
You’ll oversee a team of 8–12 experienced filers who handle state-level business filings for our clients. While you’ll become knowledgeable in Delaware filings and our internal systems over time, technical expertise is not required on day one. What matters most is your ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable.
This role is accountable for setting and upholding clear standards, empowering team members to own their work and decisions, and ensuring consistency in how filings are completed, reviewed, and communicated.
Although this role works directly with our Site Manager, a passive or hands-off management style will not work here. Success in this role requires being present, giving clear direction, running consistent 1:1s, and having direct performance conversations when needed.
If you’ve led a team before (or are ready to step into a true people-management role) and want to grow as a leader, this is a strong opportunity.
