Registered Nurse - Critical Care

This nursing position involves providing individualized, goal-directed care under the supervision of the nurse manager, following primary nursing principles and hospital policies.

• Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously, document findings, and share significant data with relevant disciplines.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, actively participating in staff training and education.
• Demonstrate respect, compassion, and professionalism in patient interactions, supporting patient-family-centered care.
• Recognize team contributions, promote cooperation, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Report to work punctually, prepared, and adhere to attendance policies.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school, 1-3 years of critical care experience, current state licensure, BLS, ACLS, with CCRN preferred.
