- Deliver specialized cardiovascular care to telemetry-monitored patients recovering from surgery, interventions, or acute cardiac events
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms accurately
- Administer medications and coordinate care with cardiologists and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote patient safety, provide education, and communicate effectively with patients' families
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- Current RN licensure and appropriate clinical experience in cardiovascular or acute care settings
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Proficiency in hemodynamic and rhythm monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
