- Manage complex, monitored cardiovascular patients in a fast-paced unit
- Perform thorough patient assessments and interpret cardiac telemetry and laboratory results
- Administer and titrate IV medications
- Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Provide patient and family education, participate in care planning, and facilitate transitions of care
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and clinical excellence
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in cardiovascular or progressive care nursing preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret cardiac telemetry, labs, and titrate IV medications
