Family Nurse Practitioner Float (FNP)
Role & Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care, including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Engage in patient education, community-focused care, and coordinate referrals as needed.
Work autonomously within a collaborative care team to serve underserved populations.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, active Arizona NP & RN licenses, DEA certification, CPR/AED certification, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a valid AZ driver’s license.
Preferred: 3 years in community health and bilingual in English/Spanish.
