- Conduct end-user training, develop documentation, and contribute to system policies.
- Stay updated on regulations and technological advancements in clinical imaging.
- Recommend improvements to optimize image storage and management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years (3 preferred) in Radiology Digital/Film Library in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of clinical image operations, systems, and practices.
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and database administration, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for end-user training and support.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Understanding of documentation protocols and system performance evaluation.
- Ability to work various hours and locations as needed.
