Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, teach social, communication, and behavioral skills, foster positive therapeutic relationships, conduct assessments, collect data, monitor progress, collaborate with team members, communicate with families, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in professional development.
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in ABA therapy or autism spectrum preferred but not mandatory. Must demonstrate patience, empathy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, organizational abilities, and a growth mindset. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is desirable.
