Physician Assistant ( PA) or Nurse Practitioner ( NP)- Urgent Care

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our fast-paced urgent care team. This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted Washington State license
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
• 2 years of Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient urgent care setting
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, and abscess management
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging)
• Collaborate with medical assistants and X-ray technicians
• Provide referrals and follow-up care recommendations as needed
• See approximately 30–40 patients per 12-hour shift

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible, variable scheduling
• Monday–Friday with 1 weekend per month
• Holiday coverage as needed

• Competitive hourly rate: $78–$91 (productivity-based)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to relocate to the Tri-Cities area prior to start date (required)
