The Nuvance Health Medical Practice (NHMP) Division of Neurosciences is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established and successful Neurology practice located in the new Multispecialty center in Kingston, NY.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 commensurate with years of experience.
Job Highlights
- Provide neurological care to patients with physician collaboration and mentoring
- Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examination and diagnostic studies
- Manage an independent panel of patients
- Relay appropriate information regarding patient care to the physician
- Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient information
- Interact with clinical and administrative staff for optimal patient care
- Position is outpatient with rounding at Northern Dutchess Hospital
- Monday-Friday schedule (8am-4:30pm)
- Master of Science in Nursing
- NYS Nurse Practitioner License
- Neurology experience required
