What You Can Expect
- $550,000 base salary with clear and accelerated earning potential

- Full clinical autonomy supported by highly trained staff and digital workflows
- Leading-edge technology and full-scope OMS services, with particular emphasis on implants, pathology, and dentoalveolar surgery
- A practice culture that values both mentorship and independence
- Strong back-office support for IV sedation, insurance coordination, and same-day referrals
- A robust legacy of multi-generational patients, providers, and purpose
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey
