- MD or DO from accredited program
- Board certified or eligible
- Florida Board licensure or ready to obtain
- Active DEA license
- Able to obtain hospital privileges at Broward Health Coral Springs and HCA facilities
- Unrestricted ability to participate in all health plans
- Bilingual a plus!
