Join an established Urology program with 11 providers (6 MDs) who enjoy one of the best cohesive and collaborative programs in the country. This truly collaborative program focuses on providing superior care and a team approach to ensure the best Urological care is provided. This wonderful practice is looking to grow their busy program by adding 2 to 3 Urologists which makes it an ideal situation for an incoming physician to hit the ground running.

Hospital/Position

• Non-Profit Hospital, 411 Bed Regional Tertiary Care Center (Level 2).
• Program is a 4 x 10-hour days per week as standard. Non-5-Day work week.
• Alternate schedules are available if desired.
• 4 DaVinci Robots and available open block time for incoming physician.
• Needs for Endourologist/Robotic Urology, URPS/FPMRS (or Female Interest), and General Urologist with a broad skillset. All others are encouraged to apply.
• Strong compensation model with focus on quality outcomes and patient care.
• Get out of the rat-race. Stop chasing patient encounter numbers and revenues. Get back to focusing on providing exceptional Urological care as the focus of your daily practice.
• Strong Base Salary which Never Goes Away. No production component.

• Call is taken 1 week at a time. No in-house call required.
