What you’ll do:
Lead and stabilize nursing operations in underperforming or transitioning communities
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
Mentor and develop nursing teams to improve retention and performance
Drive clinical systems, processes, and accountability
Support financial performance through efficient staffing and care delivery
What you bring:
RN license in good standing (multi-state flexibility preferred)
Proven leadership as a DON, ADON, or nurse manager in long-term care
Strong survey/compliance knowledge
Ability to quickly assess, implement, and lead change
