Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Manage the nursing department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality care.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high levels of team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management, and performance evaluations to sustain optimal operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies that promote safety, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on clinical procedures, staff training programs, and educational initiatives to uphold best practices in nursing care.

Experience

• Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Extensive background in academic leadership or education administration, preferably with school or university experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management within a healthcare or educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs or nursing education.
• Experience supervising staff and managing personnel in complex organizational structures.
• Familiarity with instructional leadership in education settings combined with a solid understanding of healthcare operations.
• Prior roles involving executive leadership responsibilities that showcase team management skills and organizational oversight.
