What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Serve as the go-to resource for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and People & Culture-related questions
Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Audit payroll for managed communities to ensure consistency and compliance
Administer benefits, including enrollments, audits, and ACA compliance
Support Open Enrollment activities, including benefit setup, reporting, and troubleshooting
Lead onboarding compliance and audit new hire documentation (I-9s, checklists, etc.)
Pull reports and support HRIS data management and analysis
Partner with the People & Culture team on projects, onboarding, and orientation support
Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance across systems and processes
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Organization & Precision)
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience with payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration (preferred)
Knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and payroll processes
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
