Job Description for Behavioral Health Clinician
At Health Connect America, we are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, including assessments, individualized treatment plans, and delivery of therapeutic interventions. Your role will also involve collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participating in community outreach efforts to promote services and support individuals and families.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop effective interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.
- Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote services and support individuals and families.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
- Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
