Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed therapist to work with both our Philadelphia and Meridian offices. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop effective interventions.
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the treatment team.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implement evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
- Collaborate closely with other professionals to provide holistic care and support.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Current professional licensure in state where services are provided (i.e. LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
