Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting sales solutions implementation plans for group business, including the research, analysis, and measurement of key data related to new solutions and continuous improvement of existing sales capabilities and processes.This person will investigate all sales related complaints for agents and agencies including internal and external and report the findings back to the responsible area which could be internally or to CMS.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in a managed care, consulting, sales or project management OR 5 years of experience.
- Experience developing communications, tools, processes or strategies.
- Knowledge of group healthcare/managed care trends, products, and industry.
- Knowledge of sales, tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of training strategies and implementation process.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting.
- Results track record.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of CMS
- Medicare plan knowledge
- Health insurance sales experience
- Grievance experience or knowledge of the grievance process
- Salesforce experience
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
