Under supervision, this position responsible for review and completion of primary source verification data in an accurate and timely fashion for credentialing and recredentialing of professional and/or institutional providers for multi states. Conducting research in order to complete the application file. Processing professional and/or institutional provider applications in accordance with company, state and product requirements for all states and provider types. Respond to professional and/or institutional provider office representatives or internal department staff regarding status of the application and / or supporting documentation.
Job Requirements
Hybrid/Block: Work in office 1 week; work from home 2 weeks (after training).
Compensation: $19.65 - $43.74

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years business experience. A combination of college level education and experience will be considered.
- Credentialing experience.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills to handle multi processes and multi states.
- PC experience in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and other business related/associated databases.
- 1 year credentialing experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Polished and professional email and phone etiquette; customer service minded
- Ability to work under strict regulations and timelines
- Ability to navigate multiple projects with varying deadlines
