Required Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Managed care customer service experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required including ability to learn various data base software applications as needed.
- Pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and other information
- Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills including capacity to understand complex oral and written directions as well as technical information.
- Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that exhibits a positive attitude and embraces and adapts to change.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
