As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, focusing on patient care and enhancing their quality of life. Reporting to a healthcare supervisor, your role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and delivering compassionate senior care. Your core skills in home and community care will be complemented by premium skills in patient observation and memory care. Qualifications
- Proven experience in home and community care
- Strong patient care skills, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- CPR certification and familiarity with emergency response protocols
- Proficient in cleaning, meal preparation, and medical documentation

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
