We are seeking a Travel Stepdown RN responsible for providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
Key duties include: monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, assisting with cardiac procedures, assessing patient safety and comfort, documenting care, educating patients on cardiac health, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Qualifications: minimum of one year recent experience as a Stepdown RN, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications; PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
Skills required: critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to move equipment, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
