- Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during procedures
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout their stay
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing patient education tailored to acute care needs
- Responding effectively to life-threatening situations
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license per state requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle frequent public contact
