- Preparing and maintaining sterile operating environments with instruments and equipment
- Assisting with patient positioning and ensuring safety during surgery
- Monitoring patient condition, documenting care, and supporting the surgical team
- Managing surgical instruments, specimens, and assisting with room turnover
- Collaborating to ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility protocols
- At least one year of recent OR RN experience
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS, ENPC, CNOR
- Critical thinking, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move, lift, and assist with procedures
- Proficiency in reading instructions, documentation, and basic tech skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle frequent contact with diverse personnel
