- Receive, identify, organize, and prioritize specimens for accurate and timely testing.
- Perform laboratory procedures, quality control, proficiency testing, routine instrument maintenance, and inventory management.
- Evaluate patient identification to minimize errors and adverse outcomes.
- Assess results, draw conclusions, and support continuous learning.
- Provide instruction to personnel and medical technology students as needed.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited program.
- National certification aligned with current regulations.
- Basic computer literacy.
