- Implement and monitor students' Speech Language Therapy IEP goals and objectives
- Track and report progress on IEP goals quarterly
- Create new IEP goals and objectives annually
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including licensed specialists, therapists, BCBA's, RBT's, and music therapists
- Knowledge of Speech Language Therapy and IEP processes
- Ability to track and report progress effectively
- Strong collaboration skills
- Relevant licensure or certifications preferred
