Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy
- Manage caseload, meet billable hours, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and team members
- Ensure compliance with billing, Medicaid, and documentation standards
- Conduct safety planning and submit risk-related reports
- Participate in supervision, training, and embody company culture principles
- Masters degree and professional licensure (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LPCC)
- Experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and background checks
- Proficiency in software applications
- Willingness to train and travel
