- Providing leadership by coordinating services across departments and implementing policies to ensure quality care.
- Managing department operations, including staffing, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring environmental safety and maintaining a hazard-free environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Supervising staff, with authority over hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Assessing and enhancing departmental performance through data analysis and process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational purpose: Inspire health, serve with compassion, be the difference.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- At least two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice, home health, or management experience preferred.
- Current RN license recognized in the practicing state and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
