- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans integrating nursing knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans tailored to individual needs.
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and proactively address patient needs such as pain management and environment safety.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification; NRP within 6 months of hire.
- Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
- STABLE certification or ability to obtain within six months.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
