- Working independently on weekends and holidays to supervise shelter operations
- Answering hotline calls and texts
- Monitoring safety via cameras and alarm systems
- Supporting residents and documenting services electronically using Osnium
- Intaking new residents as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per month, with flexible scheduling most often scheduled a month in advance
- Willingness to undergo training to gain confidence in the role
- Pass a drug test and background check
