Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) providing direct patient care for critically ill adult patients.
Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans; monitors and communicates patient conditions; collaborates across disciplines for coordinated care; educates patients and families; delegates tasks to ancillary staff; may precept students and new hires.
Qualifications & Skills: Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain; minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care; preferred CCU experience; certifications in BLS, ACLS, MOAB are advantageous.
Key Duties: Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility; works 8-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts; ensures optimal patient outcomes and safety.
